Jacquie's head was spinning as the kiss continued and deepened. She shouldn't be doing this. She should be taking Raymond across the street to the Pita Pit, not sitting on his lap kissing him. God. What the hell was wrong with her today? She was starting to get frustrated with herself. Jacquie didn't act like this. She just didn't...It was totally out of character for her. Jacquie refrained from going back for more when he pulled away. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him, her cheeks deepening from a pink to a crimson.

The petite girl leaped up quickly, "no no no its-its fine really." Jacquie looked around. Good, they hadn't drawn too much attention to themselves. She straightened out her shirt and stuff and looked down at him, a nervous smile on her lips. She didn't know how to act right now. Jacquie was shifting on her feet. She nodded as he said that they should go. Maybe food would calm her nerves right now. Too much sweets and too little actual food made her all shaky. She looked back at the road, shoving her hands in her pockets. Oh, the awkwardness.

Jacquie was becoming quite fidgety right about now. She didn't know what to do with herself. she was very awkward in these situations. So, of course that would lead to her nervousness. She let out a sigh of relief as Raymond got up and started to move. Good. She could walk and not have to fidget. It would burn off the excess adrenaline from the energy and the kiss. Jacquie followed him as he started to walk, her hands playing with the loose threads inside her hoodie pockets for lack of anything else to do. She smiled back at him, ducking her head a little as they walked across the street to the Pita Pit in effort to hide her own flushed cheeks. Bah. She hoped her embarrassment would pass quickly.

She could honestly say that she wasn't a fan of the awkward silences either. It just made any situation a lot more worse than it probably already was. It meant that the people involved were thinking over the situation... a lot. Jacquie bit down down her lower lip before chewing on her lip ring. When he started to talk Jacquie snapped out of her own thoughts so she could listen to Raymond. She looked up ata the taller boy, still chewing on her lip ring. She nodded a little, understanding what he meant. She let out a quiet laugh. Jacquie opened her mouth to say something, but thought better of it and closed her mouth. She didn't know what quite to say. "I...I'm glad you did." her cheeks got super flushed.

Jacquie smiled at him and nodded. She was actually glad he did kiss her. It would have saved them any awkwardness in the future. And, she kind of liked it. Jacquie moved her hands from her hoodie pockets to the back pockets of her jeans. She was shifting again, resisting the urge to start fidgeting again. Her eyes drifted from his face back to the pavement. The pavement didn't make her blush x.x thank the lord in heaven for the pavement. She studied the cracks and chewed on her lower lip again. Jacquie hated feeling like this. It made her feel like a stupid girly girl. She tried not to act like this. It really made her feel stupid. bah.

Looking back up at him as he started to speak again, Jacquie's cheeks flared up with that red coloring again. She was considering getting a permanent sunburn to hide it. Or a really high turtle neck or something. The blush slowly faded and she got up the nerve to smile back at him. She tried to match his confidence, but hers was harder to get to right now. Jacquie laughed nervously once more and looked down the sidewalk some. "Shall we get that food, then?" She didn't know what else to say. And she had a feeling that just totally killed any moment that was there.

Jacquie smiled and followed him again. She tossed her hair out of her eyes and blinked a few times as she felt something wet hit her nose. She scrunched her nose up and looked up at the sky. Yep. Of course. It was Portland in the winterish spring time. Of crouse it was going to rain. She stuck her tongue out to catch a rain drop on it, looking pretty silly. Jacquie liked the rain. She would sit outside in it sometimes. If not that, in the window sill at the hotel. She liked the sounds and the smells. The rain was very calming for her.

She nearly bumped into Raymond as he stopped to open the door. She smiled happily at him, now calming down due to the rain. Her hair was starting to get soaked and cling to the sides of her face. Jacquie practically bounced into the Pita Pit, pulling off her hoodie. She turned her head to look back at Raymond. "Well come on then." A smile still resting on her pierced lips.
